Following this a smooth transitional process is also completed, again with the client very much at the heart of how this will materialise. It may be that a client needs more support with educational needs or life skills, all of which can be incorporated and adapted within a care package. However they also have their own space which provided essential reflection time and also promotes independence.įollowing a comprehensive assessment, out team of experienced staff will develop a support Package which is developed to the individual needs of a client. This is to ensure that the clients feel safe in this environment and are able to learn key life skills when communicating and living with others. All the homes are based on a philosophy of community and family. Most of our accommodation is provided with a large communal lounge, a widescreen TV, a large conservatory, a large kitchen, and a garden. Working alongside councils/boroughs and in partnership with social workers and health professionals, we provide a smooth transitional process where we support and encourage adults to maximize their full potential at their own pace. We work together with family and friends of our clients to ensure they are able to find this transition as smooth and familiar as possible. This is done in a number of different ways and we understand that every client is individual and the care package offered is always tailored to their very specific needs.
